And no, it's not my ISP or my connection. I validated that using 3rd party testing tools and other remote servers sniffing for packet loss.

i tried to take advantage of the double glad points today and had unusually high pings and constant freeze-ups. its unusual for me to disconnect but i dc'd 3 times today while trying to play in RA. besides that, lately there have been way too many red pings and lags while playing.

I've just been able to get back on today after a week.
My lag hasn't been as bad as some of you on here, but its bad enough for me.
3.600 was the highest ping I've noticed today, but it acts like it should be higher
I'm just sticking to hm farming with a hero - I really wanted to do some runs today, but it is impossible with this kind of lag.
The people slide around, I'm rubberbanding like crazy, I'll freeze for a while, and by the time the skill even goes through to heal myself its too late
I'm about to go on maplestory, which isn't fun :/

Southeast Ohio here, GW pretty much unplayable for me. Mostly rubberbanding, moving a few feet, rubberbanding. Battles consist of me clicking an enemy, activating a hex, the screen pausing for 20 or so seconds, and then me seeing the outcome of the battle and hoping I didn't die.
Also, I'd like to note that "unplayable" or not may be a matter of interpretation. Fairly bad lag may not bother a wammo as much, but it's made my Mesmer unplayable. Not only can I not intricately time interrupts, I miss the whole fight :-(
Totally unacceptable. I've never payed a thought of trying WoW, but I'm downloading the trial tonight. This is certainly not inspiring me to purchase more product from Anet.

I have been having lag problems since around the time the 2007 Dragon Festival started. Can hardly play during peak times.
I am from Western Canada.

I'm on west coast of the US, in Southern California to be exact. I've been experiencing the lag too since the 12th/13th. Pings jump from 300 to 2k to 10k, etc. Let's just say timing divine intervention is very hard. Please help us Anet!

I'm on the east coast, US. (Massachusetts)
I've had ridiculous lag spikes since around Thursday-Friday. I thought it may have been the double weekend event (which is odd itself, because I never have lag on weekend events), but now I'm having doubts. My ping is going from normal to spiking to 6-7k every ten seconds or so.
It's not like my game is unplayable, but I'm finding the time I spend in-game is more frustrating than fun. I did a mission with some guildies today and pretty much served no purpose since my spell casts all happened after the battle was over.

First time in recent memory where the lag has made GW unplayable for me, not just the occasional lag spike but persistently high pings, all day today July 15. I'm in the US, I tried both the US and Euro servers with the same problem, ping momentarily reasonable (300s) spiking repeatedly over 2000 every few seconds. Most members of my guild (mostly in the UK on Euro servers) reported the same problem, some with pings as high as 40K, multiple disconnects. Nothing wrong with my connection, played other games without any lag. Something's changed for the worse in the past couple of weeks.

wow, guild wars has actually gone past the point of basically unplayable (ie only being able to take a step every five mins), to actually being completely unplayable for me, i can rarely log in, (code 13) and when i do, i actually can't move. at all. not even the slightest step.
